| "We'll travel to far and distant lands, Through our school books everyday! Each day a grand adventure, With our teacher to lead the way!" |
| "Rub-a-dub-dub! As we scrub in our tub! We want to look our best!" "Pooh?", Piglet says, "On the first day of school, Do teachers ever give tests?" |
| Owl wants to be prepared, so he snuggles with his spelling book. "I can spell quite well" he says, "but I'll give these words a second look!" |

| "Piglet! Time to wake up! It's such an exciting day! The bus will be here soon, So get up without delay!" |
| Piglet is up and ready, Before you can count to three! "This day will be so exciting Pooh! Just you wait and see!" |

| The gang all meet at the corner bus stop, They're so excited about this day! School will be such a wonderful place, To learn, and laugh, and play! |

| Off they go in the school bus, What a fun and exciting ride! They were feeling a little afraid, Until they stepped inside. They'd never been on a bus before, And new things are scary sometime, But this was so much fun, That the gang sang a little rhyme! "The bus is taking us on a grand adventure! It's off to school we go! We're off to learn, and laugh and play! It's off to school we go!" |

| "There's our school!", the gang all cried. "Pooh", said Piglet, "I'm not feeling brave anymore." "Oh Piglet, just wait til we get inside! "You will be fine once we walk through the door." "We'll all be with you Piglet, all throughout the day." "And you can hold my hand", said Pooh, "and by your side I'll stay. |

| Eeyore is having so much fun, See how cute he looks? He didn't know how much you could learn, By looking through all the books. |
| "Arts and craft time! YIPPEE! YIPPEE!" Pooh and Piglet are too anxious, you see! |
| Tigger has had a small problem, But he will be okay! He must learn to sit still in class, And save bouncing for the end of the day! |
| "Reading and learning are fun!" said Pooh. Piglet said, "Especially when I can be with you!" |

| Recess is so much fun! There's so many fun things to do! The gang will be all tired out before the day is through! |

| Pooh's so happy that the teacher has snack time! A bear must keep up his strength when he's in school! Pooh's always willing to share with others, He knows and follows the Golden Rule! |
| The day is over, Pooh's fast asleep, What a day it's been! He's dreaming of things he learned today, He can't wait to go to school again! What fun he had on the bus, And learning exciting new things! He dreams of all the adventures, That he knows each school day will bring! The places they will visit through books, The people they will come to know! And best of all Pooh thinks - Is sharing it with those he loves so! |
